What to Expect
SUNDAY SCHOOL
10AM
Our Sunday school hour starts with singing piano-accompanied hymns.
Pastor Chip teaches on the biblical view of topics that we can apply to our daily lives. An outline is provided to follow along.
Following the Sunday school hour we have coffee/tea and treats downstairs.
SUNDAY MORNING
11AM
Our Sunday morning service starts with singing piano-accompanied hymns.
We read the morning announcements and then we take our offering. After the offering, we sing another hymn.
Children, ages 4 and up, are dismissed to childrens' church which takes place downstairs.
Upstairs, Pastor Chip walks us through the Bible, verse by verse (“precept upon precept; line upon line” - Isaiah 28: 10).
SUNDAY AFTERNOON
1PM
Our Sunday afternoon service starts with singing piano-accompanied hymns.
Pastor Chip delivers a sermon that focuses on a specific topic, issue, or doctrinal series. This is a great place to get grounded in the “strong meat” of the word.
We then have a group testimony time where we brag on the Lord and the blessings we received during the week before.
THURSDAY EVENING 7PM
Our Thursday evening service starts with, you guessed it, singing piano-accompanied hymns.
We then share prayer requests with each other as a group.
Following our prayer request time, Pastor Chip delivers a short sermon from a topical series that is applicable to daily life.
We then have quiet prayer time with the Lord as a church family. We lift up the prayer requests discussed previously (Galatians 6:2).
